All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or available for pick-up on Sundays or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

For local shipment in Guam and CNMI, USPS Ground Parcel shipping will be used. All other domestic locations will use USPS First Class Shipping whereas international will be USPS International First Class Shipping.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund/store credit /an exchange only. 

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at office@ligonem.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
